Wellness education, not medical care

• The app offers education, self-check-ins, gentle exercise and food guidance for general wellness. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
• Posture observations, food types, plates, Discovery Cards and the Roadmap describe your own answers and photos. They are not medical findings.
• Talk to a doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury or surgery, or living with a health condition.
• If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, fainting, sudden weakness or any other emergency sign, stop and call 911 or your local emergency number.

Exercise is at your own pace and your own risk

Every exercise has an easier option, and you can skip any of them. Stop any exercise that causes pain beyond mild effort. You are responsible for exercising within your own limits and in a safe space.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• Keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• Give honest answers, especially to the safety questions, since they shape what the app offers you.

The 14-Day Challenge

• The challenge is free. Day 1 builds your Body Blueprint, and from Day 2 your program alternates workouts and recovery days, adjusted by your daily check-in.
• Your chapters stay open for a window of 28 days, with pause time, and the app stays open for 7 days after you finish.
• Your Wellness Roadmap stays yours to read and download after the challenge ends.
• When you finish the 14 days, you can request one complimentary 20-minute Roadmap review with Osei, within 30 days, while review spots are available. It is free, with no obligation.

Paid memberships and coaching

Paid memberships and coaching are optional, and their prices and terms are shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe. Questions about a charge or a cancellation go to the email below.

What you share with us

Your answers, photos and notes stay yours. You let MEF Wellness store and use them to run the app for you and to coach you, as our privacy policy describes.

Fair use

Please do not misuse the app: no attempts to reach other people's information, to break or overload the service, or to copy its content for resale. We may pause or close an account that does.

Our content

The app's lessons, programs, exercise cards, wording and design belong to MEF Wellness. You may use them for your own wellness, not to republish or sell.

No guarantees

We work to keep the app accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error free or uninterrupted, or that you will see a particular result. To the extent the law allows, MEF Wellness is not responsible for indirect losses from using the app.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms, and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. You can stop using the app at any time.
